Lunch:
rice noodle with pork and veg
M vitamin;
banana chips
Dinner:
prime rib - Treasurer Island buffet
salad, cake.

This blog is used to keep track my diet which may introduce the gas problem.
Morning:
Hot cereals
Chinese soup
Coffee
Lunch:
Chinese soup with rice
Afternoon snack:
2 mandarins ; few crackers
Dinner:
Chinese soup;
veg and tufu
few slice of pork
few prunes
Result:
no gas pain
sleep well
