This blog is used to keep track my diet which may introduce the gas problem.

Morning:

  • Hot cereals
  • Chinese soup
  • Coffee
Lunch:
  • Chinese soup with rice
Afternoon snack:
  • 2 mandarins  ; few crackers

Dinner:
  • Chinese soup;
  • veg and tufu
  • few slice of pork
  • few prunes


Result:
  • no gas pain
  • sleep well
